Payment Policy

This Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the payment processes and procedures of DVAI INDIA OPC PRIVATE LIMITED ("DVAI INDIA," "we," or "us"). By engaging in any business transaction with DVAI INDIA, including but not limited to purchasing products or services, you ("the Client" or "you") agree to comply with this Policy.

Payment Methods: 

DVAI INDIA accepts payments through various methods, including but not limited to: 

i. Bank transfers 

ii. Credit or debit cards 

iii. Online payment gateways

Payment Terms: 

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all payments to DVAI INDIA shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR). 

Invoicing: 

a. DVAI INDIA will provide a detailed invoice for all products or services rendered to the Client. 

b. Invoices will include the following information: 

i. Client name and address 

ii. Invoice number 

iii. Description of the products or services provided 

iv. Quantity and unit price (if applicable) 

v. Total amount payable 

vi. Payment due date 

c. The Client is responsible for promptly notifying DVAI INDIA of any discrepancies or errors found in the invoice.

Disputes: 

a. In the event of a payment dispute, the Client must notify DVAI INDIA in writing within7 working days of receiving the invoice. 

b. DVAI INDIA and the Client shall engage in good-faith discussions to resolve any disputes arising from payments.

Confidentiality and Security: 

a. DVAI INDIA takes the privacy and security of payment information seriously. 

b. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect payment data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

c. The Client is responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of their payment details when making payments to DVAI INDIA.

Amendments: 

a. DVAI INDIA reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. 

b. Any changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website or providing written notice to the Client.

By engaging in a business transaction with DVAI INDIA, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Policy. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension or termination of services provided by DVAI INDIA.
